Peter and Valerie are Australians who have been friends with Mandy and Luke since their teens. Mandy and Valerie working together to do their Registered Nurse training and Peter and Luke working together as engineers.

Peter is now retired from engineering and Valerie is a retired Registered Nurse and Midwife.

They lived in Uganda for three years helping with all aspects of Welcome Home’s work, like the orphanage, village medical, vocational training school and Kingdom Life Training Centre. They moved back to Australia, but their influence carries on as we continue to reach the sick and needy children of the poor villages.
