It is our goal to restore our children home to their family where at all possible.
Often we work with the family or remnant family to help make sure they have an adequate situation for the children to go home. They need to be able to sustain the life of the child and also be able to send the child to school. This is sometimes accomplished through small interest free micro business loans, or with a small herd of goats to breed and sell to raise the school fees needed. Our Social Workers work closely with the family when slowly introducing the child back into village life and then they also do follow up visits to check on their condition. They go home with clothes, shoes, mosquito nets and a mattress and a medical card so they can be transported to and treated at a medical clinic. It is a joy for us when they come back for a visit.
