Lori Bultsma is a board member and has been Welcome Home’s volunteer book keeper for several years. She loves orphans and is a registered nurse adviser to the home. She and her husband, Ted, live in Anaheim, California. They have four children. Lori and her youngest child have spent time at Welcome Home in Uganda. Both she and her husband have been since then serving within the ministry.
